Old Mutual Wealth have an Exchange rate webpart that displays on the home page of their Intranet, which gets pulled from a list items, being is updated via workflow (https://intranet.ssds.co.za)

It sometimes happens that one of the 3 workflows errors out and that, even the others ran fine, causes the landing page dashboard does not update any of the 3 exchange rates.

In order to fix this, do the following

• Log into the intranet site WITH A NONE SYSTEM ACCOUNT
  
• go to the following URL
  

• https://intranet.ssds.co.za/Lists/Exchange%20Rate/AllItems.aspx
  

• Open the errored workflow and cancel the job
  
• Rerun the workflow
  

• Rerun the other 2 workflows as well
  

This will resolve the issue
